    Its a performance base company where if you work hard you can achieve great things


    Your management performance is based on how your Client measures you when they themselves do not understand the Information Systems industry and sometimes sees you as a threat to their existing jobs so it can be very challenging depending on who your direct manager is

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your onsite managers get the most updated feedback from them so you can address immediate potential problems at the customer site, provide the necessary training on how front line managers should handle hostile work environments
