I have been working at CompuCom (Less than a year)

Training opportunities to learn good -- benefits good -- client relationships good -- co-workers for the most part work well together, share knowledge -- good starting point for experience

Management does not respect the techs in all they do as such no raises, getting written up or fired more common -- if you make it into a management position becomes like a boys club, they reap the financial rewards -- management talent is not the best -- customer comments about management not always favorable.

    Advice to Management

Management top heavy -- always creating new management positions -- why -- nothing changes in regard to helping the techs.
