    I have been working at CompuCom full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Great place to get your Certification. Depending on the account you work on, the people get along good.
    As for compensation, I personally have not gotten a raise in 5 years not even a cost of living increase. Health benefits are good. Their excuse is the company didn't do so good last year. But you see them sign mulit-million dollar deals all the time.
    Alot of us on the team just come to work just to get a pay check, its not like it use to be the moral sucks now and management doesn't give a crap.

    Cons

    Moving ahead in this company sucks. Management doesn't do anything to help you grow in the company. They rather bring someone from the outside instead of some one on the team that knows the account and the client to move them up to a manager or Lead position. They want you to work harder and get pennies for it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Help your employees grow and compensate them for doing good work. And communicate with them also.
