Former Employee - Technical Support Tech  in  Sacramento, CA
Former Employee - Technical Support Tech in Sacramento, CA

I worked at CompuCom full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I like the ability to work independently independently, fellow workers really great people, loved repairing equipment and loading software. Paid for certifications in it technology.

    Cons

Managers treat you like you don't have enough intelligence to do the job properly. Not much chance for raises or advancement. Work-Life balance wasn't good because managers expected overtime with little notice. Tried to manage work by geographic locations instead of service level agreements. Extremely micro managed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust your employees. Let them do their jobs.
