-they pay extremely low. i've been employed with the company for 8+ years and only two pay raises (with Above Expectations performance rating).
-management is consistently "reactive" rather than "proactive".
-Good Ol' Boy network well entrenched.Advice to ManagementAdvice
-merit increases would be extremely nice for your employees. nothing shows how you value your employees more than pay.
-become more proactive with program issues rather than being reactive with "knee jerk" actions. have foresight in planning rather than having the "we'll cross that bridge when we get to it" mentality.
-stop hiring on so many executive officers with mega high salaries when you refuse to give your employees, who are your face of the company, pay increases to stay even with inflation.Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEO
