I have been working at Compushare full-time (More than a year)
The company is always surprising and exciting for employees. Walking in the door, you never know, on a day to day basis, what you will encounter on an IT standpoint. You don't know which company systems may fail, and you have to keep on your toes. You also never know which of your coworkers have quit, what kind of workstation hardware you'll be using, or even who your boss will be that day. Exciting!
Romir Bosu and much of upper management tend to compartmentalize their relationships with the IT Service Desk and MSP. Many of those in the upper echelon of Cshare would do better in other industries where their skills would be better put to use, such as agricultural projects or municipal waste management.
Advice to Management
