    Pros

CSC is a generally stable company with reasonable benefits. It is involved with work all over the planet in seemingly every industry invented. There is a lot of potential to move around in CSC to obtain a position you enjoy.

    Cons

Being a typical large company CSC suffers from institutional inattention and callousness towards employees, particularly in the North American Public Sector. This sector is basically contract work for hire and CSC tries to make it look like employees matter but when the contract budget is cut, so are you; there's no bench and reassignment is unlikely.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest with NPS employees - we're contractors; just bodies. Follow through on commitments to employees. Be more generous with compensation and perks for NPS.
