I worked at Computer Sciences Corp

Your coworkers are nice, but they are not the ones making your job possible and are not the ones you have to answer to.

Competitiveness does exist between coworkers, however, that has led to typical office politics, infantile cliques, squabbles, "telling on" and so forth. Certain managers are extremely, extremely difficult to work with and they do not listen nor care about what you have to say. They threaten to fire you even if you have done nothing wrong, all because of some pressure they themselves are under.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try not to take your stresses out on your good hard workers. Try to lift up employees in a positive way to do what you want rather than bark at them and threaten to fire them if they don't do this or that.
