I have been working at Computer Sciences Corp full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Some great people and managers. Flexible schedule with ability to work remote is big plus. Fair compensation.

    Cons

Corporate change is killing productivity. Departments work in silos and many disconnects between them. Unclear and changing processes create constant confusion, waste time and create frustration. Layoffs of overhead support and management have increased workload and stress on remaining staff, unable to keep up with demand even when many are working extremely long hours on daily basis. Back office systems do not effectively support company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Many good employees have left out of frustration with workload and lack of back office and upper management/corporate support. Also the uncertainty of jobs created fear and unease, some of the wrong people have left. Many of the good ones left are experiencing burn out working long hours and without needed tools or support.
