    I have been working at Computer Sciences Corp full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great employment stepping stone for a person to move into other companies because it is a well known company with a lot of history in technology.

    Cons

    Terrible upper management policies. I've never met my boss after working here over a year. Very one sided. What I mean by that is management is so focused on ticket count and revenues, they aren't seeing how they are driving employees away from the company. Benefits aren't all to bad though.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get more in touch with the common man. Understand what the low end workers put up with day in and day out so the new policies actually make sense. Focus more on vertical job enlargement instead of horizontal. Adding more paperwork to a job does offer more responsibility to move up the ladder.
