    Great Co-workers
    Remote/teleworker job opportunities
Opportunities to transfer positions to other divisions within the company

    Cliques by division/group
    Revenue driven
    No upward mobility
    Frequent RIF's
    Useless layers of management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop skimping and give your clients the best solutions and stop making your customers suffer from poorly planned/bad upgrades/implementations.

Cutting workers creates even more pain for your customers. Consider removing the excess layers of management.

Provide a transfer plan for employees in lieu of so many RIF's and a "real" rehire preference for former employees.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
