    I have been working at Comverse full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Challenging work, fast-paced environment, International exposure, excellent salary (initially).

    Cons

    Never ending layoff's creates an atmosphere of extreme uncertainty, stress, and reduces collaboration. Employee reviews are non-existent. Internal politics seem to encourage lack of team-work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hold Management responsible for conducting Employee reviews. Communicate if performance increases will or will not occur, oppose to evade the question/situation.
