    Pros

    Not a lot of pros.

    Cons

The CEO is struggling to keep his company afloat. He's an engineer with no background in business doing business consulting and trying to sell his company to business giants. CEO seems to be scared of his own shadow but has an excuse that he is too busy. First week of my time there I saw him absolutely freak out over the retirement process with the lead operations. Very stressed. Lacking managers. You are basically left to fend for yourself. As for the recruitment process, it was ridiculous. I was lied to time and time again. I was told that there would be training from day one. I was told I would have a manager that would train me. Neither of those two came to fruition. I walked in the first day and absolutely no one knew I was coming. Extremely unorganized. From the recruitment process onward it inspired a lack of confidence. The recruiter couldn't even get me a job description.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest more in your company. Start ups are difficult but if you can't find the resources to support your business than that means it is failing.

    Negative Outlook
