    I have been working at Concentra full-time (More than 10 years)


    Diversity of patients and colleagues. Allows you the opportunity to learn and do many areas from front office to back office.


    It always seems like your taking 2 steps forward and 3 steps back. No accountability however they micromanage everything just to make it look like they are holding you accountable when really they just change things when people don't do what they are supposed to. Stupid ideas such as the orange form just add more work and make everyone less efficient, not to mention patients think it's ridiculous. Lately it seems you are expected to do more with less and then upper management wonders why your NPER scores are bad. It used to be great team atmosphere within the markets but lately everyone and everything seems very competitive and everyone is only looking out for themselves.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to what your colleagues who are working in the field and hearing advice and complaints from patients are saying. Give them a chance to try things their way and empower them to make a difference. The people behind the desk don't always know what works best in the center. Furthermore, what works at one doesn't all work at others. Give the centers a chance to be unique and change things up that will work for them.
