    I have been working at Concentra full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    The employees are very nice and willing to help each as much as they can. They are like family but Management sucks and certain doctors treat there staff poorly and lack of respect. Just because you are a doctor do not give you the right. Management will visit a clinic and will not acknowledge the staff or speak. Insurance is great to have.

    Cons

    They ask to much and do not have the amount of staff to accommodate the flow. They expect to much with little resources. And will write you up in a heart beat over the littlest things. They do not give raises and do not appreciate anything you do. Everything is negative. They hire people outside the company with no experience for higher positions and they don't know what they are doing just they are just dumb. I mean to the point cant comprehend the smallest thing but get paid more than anyone. This place is very stressful. This is not all clinics. Because I have work at them all only certain ones. But overall they are all the same on short staff. People are getting fired or just leaving and they will not replace them but work the dog out of the skeleton crew they have.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to appreciate good workers and acknowledge good people. Stop gossiping and trying to make people fail. Every other day there is a pilot on who will be wrote up next. Instead of being evil work together to make the staff stronger. No one wants to come to work day to day being stress out and do not know if they have a job or not.
