I have been working at Concorde Career Colleges full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Salary above average market for same position
Good work schedule. Modern facility and equipment.

    Cons

Poor campus training and manager does not like the new hires to ask for assistance unless he authorizes it. Harrassed the Representative with group meetings twice a day, putting you in the spot comparing your performance with other Representatives. Chased the Representative if you move from your place to go to the bathroom, lunch room, answer cellphone or ask for help to other fellows. Favoritism to assign new leads and walk-ins. No lead policy protection at all. Coworkers steal your leads from your leadbank or call your students because there is no regulation to protect your job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a lead policy protection to motive the representative. Control the training provided in every campus. Do not abuse with the Mystery Shopper program to monitor the Compliance in the campus, it is time consuming for the Representative answering several calls or setting appointments for Company Shoppers. Used your budget to improve drastically your Marketing and Promotional campaings in South Florida. Regulate EEO standards and hire more men representive than women.
