I have been working at Consulate Health Care full-time (more than 3 years)

When this company started, I was impressed. But as the years went by the entire culture at Maitland became corrupted and mismanaged. What a shame.

This company is a sham. The leaders could care less about caring for the elderly but ONLY care about lining the pockets of the senior management/ownership. No one wants to work for them! What a shame the Florida regulators don't shut down this entire company in Florida. Greed....greed...greed! When I refused to tolerate some of their bizarre directives toward the elderly, they decided, "She is not a team player and must go." Because I stood up to these thugs! So many other really good administrators/executive directors have been fired by, or ran from, this company, what a crime.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire all the mid to upper lever management. The operations division is full of cons. This company's upper management culture is bankrupt and devoid of any compassion for those whom they are entrusted to care for! All they care about is how to squeeze the facilities for more money so they can buy a new bigger house, more expensive suit, or more expensive automobile. Isn't anyone in the public or state looking at this situation?
