You will always have a job if you keep your mouth shut.

All raises for nurses are frozen. Never have the supplies we need. Corporate profit over patient care is a must. Patients are not allowed briefs on at night nor do they even have snacks for the diabetics at night to save money. The administrator walks room to room to make sure no more than 5 adult briefs are given to any one patient in a 24 hour period. Nurses spend much of their time trying to find supplies. We have been known to spend our own money a Walgreens or CVS when we run out of something.

    Advice to Management

Get someone in that cares about people and knows something about health care.
