    Pros

Good benefits and above average pay

    Cons

Management is gossipy, deceitful, and plays favorites. Attacks on a personal level that is beyond professional, even bringing in random conversations that they overheard you speaking of, such as motivational speakers whom's lives you're astounded by and telling you that "you won't get that here."

Also caught paying employees that had prior experience less than those who get a position here as their very first job. Imagine being paid the same as someone just beginning high school.

Management will lie to you about requesting time off and say you need to get someone to take your hours regardless how far in advance you ask for it off. Will even go to the extent of throwing out your request to make it seem as though you never requested it off at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you're going to lie to your employees, at least try not to be so obvious about it.
