    I have been working at Continental Datagraphics full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Good benefits (2-3 weeks of paid vacation, generous sick time, superior 401k program), flexible schedule, autonomy in certain roles, good opportunities if you are willing to relocate or change your work/life balance

    Cons

    Salaries are much lower than industry standard, the norm is to be asked to take on new responsibilities, and even new titles, with little or very often no compensation, little value is placed on educational background as far as salary and opportunity to advance (could be a plus if you do not have a degree but have a good deal of experience). The office culture can be very nitpicky and tattle-tale based. Have basically given up on this company at this point after waiting a long time to see an opportunity present itself or any inkling of changes being made.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The most talented employees will continue to leave the company for far more money so long as there is a refusal to accept industry standards for salary.
