I worked at Continental Resources (Massachusetts) full-time (more than an year)

Very little interaction between management and employee. Free to make up your own focus when not on a project.
Sales and engineers do not interact, so sales people have little awareness of the features of many software solutions offered. Engineers do not know what companies salesmen are talking to.

lack of communication from management makes professional development arbitrary.
Quality of project not often an issue. Rush to "get it done".
Time allocated to a project always seems to be a minimum. customers are not given realistic timeframe for the completion of a project.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work time must be limited. Often, work is done without regard or hours occupied on a project.
Have sales & engineers meet on a regular schedule.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
