    I have been working at Conversica full-time


    there aren't any available anymore.


    Upper management no direction, no transparency, constantly went back on what was told before, had to constantly watch pay checks, couldn't trust anything that was said by C level. The people that truly generate revenue and keep the customers actively and paying are the ones that get nothing. The ones that contribute nothing or just a smoke screen are completely overpaid, not qualified, and create chaos wanting others to clean up or cover up their mess.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    put the right people back in place, the owner had great ideas for improving system and processes, shut down by CEO. Let the people that know how to run the company run it, too many great people fired/quit due to no trust, no focus, no goal. a true audit on paying active accounts should bring more to light, the "Disney Experience" is definitely not anywhere near this company anymore.
