Biweekly pay. Some times it is even correct.

Kind of get the idea that I find very little to be positive about this company?Cons
HR is incompetent.
Communication is severely lacking, on site and between the employee and corporation administration.
Local management is more concerned with impressing the main hotel chain inspector, than having the property ready for guest check in on a day by day basis.
On site restaurant is never deep cleaned. Grease and food is allowed to collect around, behind and under equipment.
Budget constraints are such that materials for daily repairs can not be purchased in a timely manner.
Wages are extremely low and raises are very miserly.
Christmas bonus is a two night stay on another property given out at random. There are no incentive bonuses given out, no performance bonuses.
Benefits are poorly communicated. Benefits provided are very substandard.
Free employee meals are mostly heavy starches, bland, poorly cooked, raw, undercooked, overcooked, and comes from a very dirty kitchen that the staff never deep cleans.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Open lines of real communication between the employees and corporation administration.
Encourage local round table discussions with department employees and the general manager and HR admin..
Encourage incentive and performance bonuses.
