    Pros

    The business set-up is good

    Cons

    Very high turn over of staff. Within six month 50% of our team had left. We had very rough meetings where managers threatened to fire the next person if the sales figures don't improve.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Look for qualifications when hiring middle managers. Most of them are not skilled to motivate and manage teams
