    I have been working at Cornell University full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great career development though job fairs, career counseling and on-campus recruitment; ability to pursue any interests (academic or non-academic) due to a plethora of elective options and extracurricular clubs; and a great campus, which is fantastic for anyone who wants a "traditional" college experience.

    Cons

    Awful weather - bipolar most of the time
    Stress-inducing environment - in some colleges you can be taking exams almost every week on top of the regular work-load (which is substantial)
    Very expensive - averaging around $60,000 pa
