I have been working at Cornell University for more than a year

Working as an undergrad TA is a good way to keep your skills sharp (both in the course material and in communication), and depending on the course you have flexibility in what hours you work.

You don't earn any more than other FWS type jobs here. There isn't very much preparation on the educational aspects going into the job, though they have been trying to rectify this by starting a consultant/TA training session.
