    I have been working at Cornerstone Research full-time


    much of the work is interesting, and its exciting to know that you are making an impact in high profile cases cases are varied - so you can continue to learn many years into your job the culture among the analysts is great


    some of the officers get a percentage cut of billings - this often will lead to cases being almost intentionally mismanaged lots of politics surrounding desirable cases - if you do not establish strong relationships with managers who are willing to look out for you, this will never go away if you are good at doing boring work, you will get punished with more boring work there are many cross-office cases where analysts are forced to work with managers who do not care about them, because they will never see each other in person

    Advice to Management

    stop cross office staffing, especially for large budget-insensitive cases that only offer boring work
