  1.

Poor management, OR sterile supply issues, travel nurses staffing O.R & PACU. Nurses Union voted in, not acknowledged.

I worked at Corona Regional Medical Center full-time

    Pros

Apparently OB has won some type of award a
few years in a row. Not a trauma center.

    Cons

Hospitalist haven't followed pt's closely. Poor communication between physicians and surgeons, out of range labs often not corrected, pt's often not worked up appropriately or cleared for surgery but still sent to the O.R. then procedures usually cancelled, delaying surgery intervention and hospital stays.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Support your staff, bring clerical back to nurses stations. Hire permanent staff instead of travelers which cost more dollars. Bring back Nurse of the Year to each Department.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
