    Pros

    CCS may be an okay company with decent benefits.

    Cons

    Corporate Office may be okay, but local management are bigmouthed bullies. They have purposely left ineffective management in position, yet when the facility for which they are contracted starts asking questions about staffing issues they act like they were unaware and blame the current nursing staff. Without even an introduction of their names and titles they began to bully people and threaten their jobs. People were told if a nurse was unable to relieve you at the end of your shift you would be required to stay for the second shift and if you refused they would report you to the board of nursing. Medical staff are told things such as "shut up", "do your damn job" and way too many more to mention.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Know the people you are sending to your sites to represent your company. You would definitely hate to answer to a complaint of hostile work environment. If the environment continues there is no doubt that will happen. I had alternative means of income so I was able to leave immediately without pause. Some staff are not as fortunate. The end result can not be good for anyone when employees are bullied in front of many witnesses on a daily basis. Check, speak to anyone there, almost all will have a personal story of abusive manipulation of power.
