    I worked at Corrections Corporation of America full-time


    A great deal of room for advancement.


    Budget cuts had officers in potentially dangerous situations. They hire everyone without a criminal record which often leads to less then desirable officers who physically cannot protect themselves or come tot the aid of other officers.

    Advice to Management

    Take better care of officer safety. Make a physical requirement for being an officer.
