I have been working at Cost Plus part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Working side by side with my fellow employees that understand the clinch.
Learning about fascinating products from throughout the world.

    Cons

The hours are a joke in terms of entry-level positions.
Manager and stock lead expect far too much, I'm basically the only stock member that has not quit due to the harassment of time restraints in relation to pallet progress.
I make bare minimum wage and is expected to take on the most tedious of task.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop screwing over employees, people cannot survive off of 15 hours a week. I am not the only one, quite a few sales floor employees get barely 10 hours a week while management gets 40 for sitting in a chair all day.
Either lessen the load of work or raise wages, how am I supposed to be motivated to work hard with this treatment, been here a year and no change so far.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
