Great place to pad your resume. Lots of opportunities to learn ins and outs of each position, if you get noticed.

Managers care more about promoting their friends and lording over their employees than maintaining quality level of work. The new attendance policy is ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating employees like liabilities. If your employees feel like they're going to be devalued even when they're exceeding expectations of performance and work quality, they will stop striving to achieve greatness, and strong employees will leave.
