I worked at Cox Communications full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I worked for Cox for 11 years and had an overall fantastic experience. Salary and benefits were competitive and the people were wonderful. I had lots of opportunity to grow over my 11 year tenure.

    Cons

During the last 5 years of my employment, Cox went through several restructuring initiatives that created a lot of stress for the locations. These initiatives were handled well and the company was very thoughtful in their approach as well as generous with exiting employees, but there was still ultimately a feeling of loss for quite a while as the locations moved on with business.
