    I have been working at Cpsi full-time (more than a year)


    Insurance at best, travel can be fun.


    Everything about management is corrupt and they do not care about employees. They feed customers bull crap and have reps lie about being trainees to avoid voiding their contracts. If it does get out employees get written up. HR is a joke you cannot place formal complaints without HR Telling other employees about complaints. Managers have ZERO management training and over look employees that actually have multiple degrees including those that have administrative based degrees. Co workers are allowed to bully other coworkers into submission and no investigations are done when write ups are produced for employees to sign. The company says that they want employees opinions, concerns and ideas but management will shut it down and present employees ideas as their own. Most managers have too much back bone and just intimated because they can and others have no backbone at all. Company punishes the masses over a few bad apples. If you are a child of someone in management your transgressions are over looked and they are promoted above others who have actually put time in and have more knowledge. Degree-less managers managing employees that education wise blow them out of the water. You have to play dumb or you will be targeted, you can not have an opinion and you are forced to witness vulgar actions, conversations, or events. Legal nightmare but you get fired before anything can be done. Employees do not have each other's backs and will throw each other under the bus even if it's just for fun. Childish environment that needs parenting not managing.

    Listen to your employees and pay them what they are worth. The complaints serious and have your employees backs.
