I have been working at Crate & Barrel part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The people are great and the work place is is laid-back. While focused on sales like anywhere else, C&B does not make you upsell and is not goal-obsessed. Staff is pretty knowledgeable and really go above and beyond for customers. My managers also take the time to interact with me and there is a strong sense of community among the staff members for events like babies, birthdays, leaving, etc. I like that there is a large focus at Crate on really knowing your product. It makes it so the customer trusts you and so that you can really provide people with what they need.

    Cons

Not much room for advancement--some inefficiencies is business operations.
