    I have been working at Creative Channel Services full-time


    The one positive point is the autonomy to schedule, create, and execute tasks around your personal schedule. There are certain parameters that must be met but typically you know the window going into the project.


    Middle management, as seems to be the case with most 3PL companies, is less than professional. They are typically people plucked from the field and placed into these positions. Most feel they are now in power and will attempt to wield that power with thought or remembering where they came from.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management: take a good hard look at middle management as they are the ones that maintain and have control over your most vital asset, the field rep or market manager. Look for extensive turnover, listen in on conference calls, try to contact a middle manager during "off" hours and see how long it takes for a response. I think you would be surprised.
