    This company is dishonest

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Creative Circle as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

There are no benefits to working with a dishonest company that has a history of lying to the Department of Labor.

    Cons

They lied to The Department of Labor that I worked for them in June of this year when I did not. They did the same thing back in 1997 when Patrick Sternin owned the company. They provide false information to get out of paying unemployment. They have to submit a paystub from June showing that I worked for them which they do not have. My ADP records show I was not paid by them for any job in June. If they submit a pay stub stating I was, they falsified the document. This company has been cited for this before. Avoid them at all costs. If they are willing to lie to the department of Labor then they will lie to you as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You can try to fool people looking for a job but once you start lying to a federal agency, that is a felony and you should be shut down. Also, when you email them to get answer in a professional manner and to keep a record of your communication with them, they will not answer the emails but rather call you and get very nasty and personal on the phone. After every conversation with them I had to back it up with an email. They never answer them or address your questions. Their office is staffed with a bunch of young women who have no professional standards who act like this is a sorority instead of a business. The have no idea how to communicate and will not work on your behalf to get clarification from a client. If they decide as a group not to use you for projects they will never notify you.
