    I have been working at Creative Circle as a contractor


    I haven't found any yet.


    Similar to another reviewer, I've been ignored. A recruiter will email me to call her asap regarding a job that starts tomorrow/next week. When I call back, I usually end up leaving a message because the recruiter isn't available. I wait a couple of hours/days. When I call back a second or third time I can usually make contact. This does the trick, but why should it be this difficult?
    Next, the recruiter tells me about a position for which I'm definitely qualified. She gets my info, says she's sending it to the client and will call me back. And then she doesn't. Would be respectful to get a call or an email either way. CC recruiters' communications style is vague and apathetic at best.

    Train your employees in the basics of communicating with talent.
