    Pros

    Generous compensation overall. If you are lucky enough to be in one of the few groups with a good leader you will probably thrive. Sales will be pleased by the relative freedom, lack of reporting, and opportunity to contribute to future direction.

    Cons

    Poor leadership and decision making process. Many unhappy employees throughout, many of whom are looking for new jobs now that Myriad acquisition has gone through. Expect a lot of turnover in the next 6 - 12 months. Seemingly low accountability for under performing people in several senior level positions.
