I worked at Cricket Communications full-time (More than 5 years)

Time off benefits were good compared to others, health benefits so-so, hourly pay a bit above average. Pay is excellent if Manager and at busy retail location.

Commission pay below what other wireless companies paid, hence higher hourly pay but still made for subpar combined salaries compared to other wireless companies even when working in their top tier stores. No growth as company has become stagnant in growth even with ATT buyout. Not enough money to deal with the stress of the job, customer service issues and pressure to hit sales quotas.

    Advice to Management

Top brass management needs to have more exposure with hands on day to day operations, rather than always looking at the numbers, Store Managers make way too much money for their applied efforts, their salaries should be be reduced to allow for better salaries to front line sales reps.
