    Pros

Some really great, talented people to learn from. Decent work/life balance depending on what role you're in. Good opportunity to learn the basics of the industry and gain experience. There are free snacks, and tons of beer - ping pong tables and a dart board.

    Cons

Management has no idea how to manage, and they don't want to. There were four different people acting as CTO in the last 18 months. The company pays salaries 20 - 30% below market, and there is no budget for any resources/tools. They seem to change direction every other week, and the broken issues are never resolved.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please hire a CTO that knows how to manage a team. Value your employees with respectable salaries. Stop shifting gears and just fix the things that aren't working.
