    Great benefits
    Casual work environment
    You learn a lot about yourself and what you are capable of handling


    Communication issues through company
    Policies and procedures are picked when they are to be used depending on situation
    No trust
    Trying to grow big too fast

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take care of the hourly employees first, because they are the ones out in the field doing the hard grunt work and trying to make sales with as little man power as possible. Don't promise something to them and then deliver something completely different. Management/corporate has no problem spending money, but when it comes down to important things that could make a difference in employee morale, all of a sudden there is a budget constraint.
