    Good culture of team work developed by certain managers


    Coming from Big 4 to Crowe, I found that Crowe was very unstructured. For instance, there was no set internal audit standards followed, therefore, each manager handled an internal audit their own way. From the processes and procedures to the actual report write-up, no two internal audits had a cohesive approach. Also, there was no clear path of advancement. You set goals and was judged at year-end, but there was no clear developmental plan. Finally, communication from some managers was non-existent and you didn't know whether you did a good or bad job until you got your review, which gave you zero time to remedy a negative situation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide better training across offices and departments within offices. Create a clear path for advancement. Teach managers how to manage PEOPLE, not just projects. This involves clear communication.
