CA-USA is awful, there has not been a President at the helm in 7 months, and there is not cash flow to support one.

    Pros

Hard to really say, they are not innovative, not nimble with new business effort, their OMAP (new business tool) slows them down and keeps them from being on even footing with the other mid size firms. They have a nice office space, and kitchen area. This company is really going down the tubes. Mass exodus of staff leaving. On average one per month and they don't replace people because they can't afford to, not enough cash flow.

    Cons

Being owned by their parent Crown Agents UK, this is a mssive fiscal and operational burdon. They will send down directives that need to be followed and often are out of touch and don't make any sense for what is actually needed or taking place in order to win new business. For example you now need approval from the UK to hire STTA? What kind of sense does that make?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They brought in a organizational specialist in December 2013, but abandoned the effort because they could not afford to keep the G&A expense, and didn't really want to see change. If they do not win their Health bid follow on project, this office will close
