Strong Pipeline, decent leadership. CEO has great intentions and has a balanced view of work/life balance. but rumor he is to retire soon.
    is financially sound
    has the antibiotic niche entrenched

Past few years a disconnect between executive leadership and middle to lower sales management.
Operations and guidance has faltered to the point sales is running with almost no direction and loads of reports

Get back in touch with those in the trenches and hold first line sales managers accountable for their actions. Some have a lofty attrition rate. Does that affect the bottom line? Remove as much admin from sales and empower them to make big boy big girl decisions. Scrap reach and frequency - everyone lies anyway. Get back to the original entrepreneurship culture ...

    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
