I worked at Cultural Vistas full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Growth opportunities. Excellent colleagues at all levels. Meaningful work. High levels of responsibility for young employees, especially in outbound departments. Great benefits (health, dental, holidays, PTO, 35-hour work week).

Ultimately, CV is a great place to start your career and get lots of responsibility quickly. This comes in handy if you want to move on after a few years, which many do because of the pay.

    Cons

Pay is low for NYC. While opportunities to move above entry level definitely exist, it's hard to move beyond low-middle level, because the organization has so many young employees and few positions for the more established.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing but praise from the NY office perspective.
