    I have been working at Cummins full-time

    Pros

    Cummins emphasizes diversity from the top leadership team. Unlike most of other companies which declared themselves as diverse, the only hire international students into engineering and/or IT function, every year they hire international students into different function (Finance, Accounting, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Engineering.

    Cons

    Middle management team do not fully act the way top leadership wants them to - Micro-management, unfair hiring process spotted once on a while without top management's knowledge. Has really hard time firing incompetent individuals.
