Central Location. A few very friendly faces within the work force.

Directionless, without structured management or a clear idea of what the company is trying to aspire to. No clear targets and the communication between management and shop floor is none existent.
Unfortunately over the past year the company has become a political animal. previously, when in it's infancy, the company had a real team ethos of pulling together however now it seems everyone s out for themselves without consideration for anyone else. This stems from senior management, which has changed a number of times in the past 2 years, where they make false promises, assurances and work behind closed doors so that employees do not see the actual problems that go on in the business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put your foot down. Introduce a clear and transparent way of operating and stick to it. Stop worrying about upsetting people if they are not pulling in the same direction as you.
Cut out the dead wood and stop wasting money. The company is in a position to be hugely successful if it is managed well.
