Current Employee - Trainer in Reston, VA

I have been working at Cynet Systems full-time for more than 3 years

Having worked as a trainer with Cynet for the last few years have been a very fulfilling experience. If you are interested in working in an entrepreneurial set up, looking to learn and engage in all parts of the business operations, Cynet is the place to be. MORE responsibilities, LESS drama, MORE flexibility and LESS red tape. The ability to learn and work directly from and with the founders coupled with a casual work environment makes Cynet a very appealing and contemporary workplace. The ability to work independently and manage my workload by spending quality time doing "actual work" have clearly refined my sensibilities.

Being a Jack of all trades over the last few years have been awesome- since I get to wear so many different hats and play different roles. However, I have found that this has seriously hampered my ability to be solely focused on my single area of expertise. So my advice to future applicants would be to constantly keep updating themselves so as to not get too rough around the edges in order to stay relevant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Engaging and investing in Training will always yield results. Training opens up a world of opportunities to discover skills, capabilities and talent which employees would have otherwise never identified.
