Excellent benefits package - if you're single. Very expensive if you have a family
    Average compensation across the industry

    No tuition reimbursement
No career path or investment in improving skillsets
You are hired as a contract employee for the life of the project, typically one year. You are expected to be fully capable to perform all tasks assigned and hit the ground running. They do not invest any more in you as employee since they don't plan to re-staff you when your project ends. Their focus is on winning business, making as much money as they can off the resources allocated to that contract. If you're looking for more than just a paycheck, look elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider investing more in employees, specifically developing skills that are valuable across many projects. You would earn more from keeping them staffed from project to project vs. terminating them at the end of contracts and starting over with someone new at a higher initial cost.
