I worked at DCFCU full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Salaries are decent and benefits are Ok.

    Cons

This is a revolving door company... high turnover of personnel.
Lack of consistency and uniformity in their policies; contradiction is king (saying one thing and doing another one totally different).
Everything is backwards and they do not like people who ask question and recommend solutions, that is, they do not want anybody with brains.
Employees are seen with not respect since there is a lack of trust and everything is micromanaged.
Termination is the recipe used for discharging those who challenge management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work with your employees and listen them.
Do not be afraid for being challenge; take it as a learning opportunity.
Do not discourage personnel that have some initiative.
Stop faking the smiles and learn to lead.
